SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Items are packaged and processed the next available business day then are picked up by postal couriers. Scheduled planes with our packages leave the air port twice a week (usually on Tuesdays and Fridays):
  • Orders made from Monday until Wednesday will leave Thailand on Friday
  • Orders made from Thursday to Sunday usually leave Thailand the following Tuesday



Shipping Methods

Items are shipped via Registered Thai Air Mail, insurance optional. Express items can be shipped either via EMS or FedEx, insurance also optional. Please contact anytime for further details.

Paypal Buyers: Please check your address! We always ship to the paypal reported address unless otherwise noted.


Customs & Tariff

You are responsible for customs charges and taxation in your respectable countries. We are able to conform to your requests regarding customs declaration and other requirements. Please feel free to email us in advance to discuss our customs policy.


Packaging

All our products are packaged with care in specially designed packaging made to withstand substantial abuse. These packaging are internationally acceptable and are also completely reusable. Gift services available upon request.


Combined Shipping

We encourage combined shipping. Items purchased from us are automatically combined into a single invoice. If you wish to combine items purchased over 7 days apart (such as auction wins that end several days after your first win), please inform us that you wish to wait before combining items. Additional shipping costs may incur according to the weight of the added items.


P.O. Boxes

We can send items to P.O. Boxes. However, we cannot take responsibility if the item is lost or damaged while at the P.O Box for reasons uncontrolled by SHIANA or our shipping services.

FedEx Express Shipping will not ship to P.O. Boxes. This is a FedEx standard procedure.
