RETURN POLICY
SHIANA has a 10-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. If the item is damaged, not as described, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us for information on how to receive your full refund or replacement. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future. Items must be received in Original Packaging.
We also do not incur any additional costs on your part for restocking or replacing items. All shipping fees are exclusive of this agreement.
NO RETURNS CONDITIONS The above return policy does not cover the following types of orders:
- Commerce Accounts: Wholesale discounts and Custom items purchases are final.
- FedEx Upgrade: Orders that receive a FedEx upgrade are considered to have received a discount and are not covered in the return policy.
- Coupon Discounts: All items purchased using coupon discounts are final.
- General Discounts: High-volume purchases that receive wholesale discounts are all considered a 'wholesale' purchase and are excluded from the return policy. Sales of such orders are final.
